SINGLE OCCUPANCY We don’t have any single bedrooms but offer a £10/night reduction for single occupancy of our double rooms.

We have a two-night minimum stay, and the cost of the first night’s stay is required as a deposit. Please note that the above tariff applies to bookings made directly with the hotel. If you are booking via a third-party booking agency, commission charges may be added.
Terms & Conditions
At the time of booking we require the cost of the first night’s stay as a deposit, which is nonrefundable. The balance of the booking is due on departure by cash or card. We are able to accept cheques if no other option is available, but they must be cleared before a booking deposit is valid and in the case of balance, payment must be sent and cleared before arrival.
Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival if possible.
Rooms are available by 4:00pm, but earlier check-in is usually always possible if you contact us to arrange a time.
Check-out is no later than 10.30am on day of departure, any overstays will be charged at the rate of another night’s room charge.
All deposits are non-refundable (except where we cannot provide accommodation due to a problem beyond our control), and while every endeavour will be made to re-let the accommodation, in the event of a cancellation, we reserve the right to charge the total value of the booking if cancelled or amended within 7 days of the arrival date. Cancellations or amendments outside 7 days incur no charges to balance due. No shows will be charged in full. No reduction whatsoever is made for fewer guests staying, temporary absence, meals not taken or for departure earlier than booked. We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance cover in case of unforeseen circumstances affecting your booking.

We haven’t got the facilities to accept babies or children under five unfortunately, and it is not possible to put extra beds in the rooms.
If there is any damage, destruction or soiling to any of the Abbeyfield’s furniture or furnishings inside or outside of the property, guests/lead booker will be charged for cleaning, repair or replacement and loss of trade.
